One system. Three ways to bring it to your school.

Every option is the same Time To Teach classroom management system, taught by Dr. Alvarado himself. The difference is how much of it your school carries on its own afterward. Pick the one that fits where your campus is this year.

One day, on site
Classroom Management Training Day
The whole staff learns the system in one day and uses it the next school day.

Self-control strategies, rules and procedures taught as Teach-To's, calm responses to challenges, the refocus process, classroom arrangement, and relationships. Every participant gets the resource manual and practices every tool before they leave.

For a school that wants its staff on one system, fast.

2+1 Leadership Model
Your leadership team builds your school's plan before the staff is ever trained.

Day 1, your leadership team learns the system. Day 2, they build your own plan with him: the Teach-To list, the refocus area, the behavior flow chart, the data. Day 3, the full staff is trained and your team hands them the plan. The days do not have to be back to back.

For a principal who wants the training still in place in May.

Train the Trainer for Your School or District
Your own educators become certified Time To Teach trainers.

He certifies up to 20 of your people on your campus. For two years they train your staff on your schedule, with a training portal, rubrics, and the Time To Teach team a phone call away. New hires get the system the week they start.

For a district that wants the expertise to live on its own staff.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell him about your school: how many staff, what is going on in your classrooms, and what you have tried. He will tell you which option he would pick for your campus, and what it costs.
